- Students must maintain regular attendance, punctuality, cleanliness, and courtesy at all times, both inside and outside school premises.
- Respectful behaviour toward all staff members, peers, and school property is essential. Misconduct in or outside the school that tarnishes the institution’s image may invite disciplinary action.
- Students are accountable to the school not only for their conduct in class but also for their general behaviour beyond school hours.
- Wearing the prescribed school uniform is compulsory. Entry into the school campus without the uniform is strictly prohibited unless permitted by the Principal in writing.
- Habitual violation of the uniform code may result in suspension or expulsion.
- Mobile phones, electronic gadgets, cameras, books unrelated to the curriculum, magazines, or newspapers must not be brought without prior written permission from the school authorities.
- Any such items found will be confiscated and may not be returned.
- English must be spoken at all times within the school campus to promote a strong language environment.
- Students must carry the school diary every day and present it when requested.
- Students who arrive late or return after an absence must produce a written explanation from parents, duly signed and approved by the Principal.
- Leave is granted only on prior written request from parents for valid reasons. Mere submission of an application does not ensure the grant of leave.
- Students absent due to illness must submit a medical certificate within 3 days of returning, preferably issued by a government doctor not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon.
- Absence for more than 30 consecutive days without sanctioned leave may result in removal from the school roll. Re-admission, if granted, will require payment of the applicable fee.
- Students must report back on the reopening day after vacations. Failure to do so without prior written permission may lead to loss of admission.
- Students are responsible for the safekeeping of their belongings. The school does not accept responsibility for loss or theft of any items, including vehicles.
- Any article found on campus must be deposited at the Principal’s office.
- Parents/guardians are not allowed to enter classrooms or interact with teachers during class hours without prior approval from the Principal.
- The second Saturday of every month is designated as Parent-Teacher Meeting Day for academic review and discussions.
- Students may not be taken home during school hours without a written application signed by the parent or guardian and approval from the Principal.
- Fines may be levied for indiscipline, damage to school property, or repeated violation of school rules.
- The Principal holds the authority to suspend or expel any student on grounds of serious misconduct, poor academic performance, repeated indiscipline, or violation of school policies, without prior notice if necessary.
- The Principal reserves the right to interpret, modify, or waive any rule, in part or in full, in special circumstances.
All decisions of the School Management Committee and the Principal shall be final and binding.
