ADMISSIONS
The School welcomes applications from students of all backgrounds who demonstrate a readiness to grow academically and personally in a nurturing, disciplined, and values-based environment.
Eligibility and Age Criteria
- Children seeking admission to Class I must be at least 5 years of age and not more than 6 years as on 31st March of the academic year. For higher classes, the age should correspond accordingly.
- All new admissions are subject to the availability of seats and fulfilment of eligibility criteria.
Documents Required
Students seeking admission must submit:
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school, duly countersigned by the appropriate authority.
- Mark sheet or report card of the last class attended.
- Original birth certificate (for admission to Class I or first-time admission).
- Photographs of the student and parents/guardians.
- Any other document as required under CBSE/State guidelines.
Note: TC must be submitted within 30 days of joining. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of admission.
Entrance Test / Interaction
- Admission to most classes is based on a written entrance test and/or personal interaction.
- The School reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to any student based on overall suitability, merit, and availability of seats.
Class-Specific Requirements
Class IX
- Admission is granted only to students who studied three languages in Class VIII.
- Last date for admission is 10th July, subject to seat availability.
Class X
- Admission is considered only if the student studied Hindi and English as language subjects in Class IX.
- Required: TC (countersigned), Class IX mark sheet, and CBSE Registration Card (if from CBSE school).
- A written explanation from parents for the mid-session school change is mandatory.
- Admission is provisional until the CBSE Regional Office approves it. The School is not liable if admission is later declined.
Class XI
- Students from CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, NIOS or ‘O’ Level IGCSE can apply.
- Required documents: Original Class X mark sheet, TC, Migration Certificate, and Conduct Certificate.
- Foreign or non-Indian board students must provide:
- Certificate of successful completion of Class X.
- Detailed academic transcript from the previous school.
Class XII
- Documents required: TC (duly countersigned), Class X pass certificate and mark sheet, and Class XI mark sheet.
- No change in subjects/combinations is permitted at this stage.
- Parents must submit a written reason for the transfer at this stage.
- Admission is provisional, subject to CBSE approval. The School is not responsible for any inconvenience caused if the admission is later rejected by CBSE.
WITHDRAWALS
We understand that students may need to leave the school for various personal or academic reasons. However, we request parents to follow the procedure below to ensure a smooth transition.
Withdrawal Procedure
- A written application for withdrawal must be submitted by the parent/guardian to the school office.
- A minimum of one month’s prior notice is required. In the absence of such notice, one month’s fee will be charged instead of notice.
- Applications during school vacation will not be entertained. If withdrawal is sought during holidays, fees must be paid till the end of the term.
- The School Leaving Certificate (SLC) will be issued only after all dues (fees, library books, etc.) are cleared.
Transfer Certificate (TC)
- TC will be issued only three working days after the written application is received.
- A fee of ₹100 will be charged for the issuance of the TC.
Placement After Transfer
- Students joining with a Transfer Certificate will be placed only in the class for which they are qualified, as indicated in the TC.
Mid-session promotion or changes in class placement will not be permitted.
